Waukesha County Bicycle and Pedestrian Draft Plan and Open House

The bike plans in Waukesha are coming fast and furious this month.

Waukesha County has put together a final draft of their proposed on-road and off-road bike accommodations under the Waukesha County bike plan. View and download a hi-resolution PDF of the draft map by clicking this link.

If you regularly bike outside the City of Waukesha and have an idea of what types of bike lanes, bike paths, or bridges/tunnels are needed to connect communities in the County, we need your input.

Take a look at the draft map and forward your comments and suggestions to us at bikewaukesha (at) gmail.com or to Jason Wilke at jwilke(at)waukeshacounty.gov by Wednesday, December 14th.

County staff is also holding an open house during work hours on the 14th to review and discuss the proposed map:
